THE SOUL OF THE WINERY
Valdespino is the only winery that produces wines from the emblematic Pago Macharnudo Alto, considered the most important in Jerez. Seventeen hectares of exceptional vineyards located 135 meters above sea level.
A step-by-step guide to easily understand the process of making sherry, following the same path as the grapes from Macharnudo.
An ideal opportunity not only to enjoy the wines of the Marco but also our collection of contemporary art and our purebred Spanish horses.
After the tour, the pairing takes place in our Valdespino sacristy. In wine culture, the sacristy is the place where the most precious wines or those consumed by the family that owns the winery are kept. In our case, these are also our most awarded wines, rated as being over 20 and 30 years old.

Pagos del Sherry Viñamantes
Viña Bristol is a classic Jerez vineyard, located east of Jerez, in the Lomopardo area (Cuartillos). Thanks to its location 130 metres above sea level, during the tour you can enjoy privileged views of the Cadiz countryside and coast. To finish the visit, you can have an authentic Andalusian breakfast in the shade of the vine that covers the central patio of the house or on the porch, which is a real viewing point surrounded by more than 350 hectares of vineyards.
